WHAT IS YOUR SHIPPING POLICY?
Standard free shipping within the U.S.
Standard US shipping: We will choose the most cost-effective shipping carrier based on the items ordered and their destination. Shipping times range from 1-7 business days. You will receive a tracking number as soon as your order has been shipped.
Shipping Outside of the Continental US, Expedited Shipping, and Special Requests
Requests for shipping outside of the continental United States, other types of shipping, and expedited shipping will be charged at full cost.
We are not responsible for duties and taxes required for international shipping.
Shipping quotes are available for large orders or orders shipping to international destinations. Please use our inquiry form to contact Susan with the details of what will be in the order and the address it will be shipped to.
WHAT IS YOUR POLICY ON RETURNS/EXCHANGES/REFUNDS?
- For returns please use our inquiry form to connect with Susan or Kris.
- We do our utmost to ensure that your prints are packaged carefully and arrive safely at their destination.
- If your prints arrive damaged, please keep all packaging and contact us through our inquiry form with your order number for further instructions.
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Please contact us through our inquiry form as soon as possible if you need to cancel your order. If we haven’t shipped it yet, we’ll be able to cancel it.
HOW LONG DOES IT TAKE TO PROCESS A REFUND?
Processing a refund can take up to 7-10 business days.
HOW DO I RETURN MY PACKAGE?

Our Store accepts personal check, credit card and cash. We use PayPal and Square as platforms for payment.
